almost everything works fine except for one icon box. I don't get what I'm doing wrong - When I increase/decrease the container bottom padding one view is aligned with the other two icon boxes but it's never "stretch/squeeze proof".

The best way to achieve that is to set the same height in Advanced -> Dimensions.

The height value is too low.
Increase it to 550px.
