I just purchased a BETheme Update and updated a site that had been using BETHeme 9.x to 26.5.1.1.
The site (bokyungpark.com) works fine in Chrome but will not load at all on Safari Desktop: 16.0. on some iOS devices it partially loads on others not at all?!

Hi,
I noticed a mixed content error in the browser console.
Please, check the following article on how to handle it:
https://support.muffingroup.com/faq/bebuilder-content-different-from-frontend-missing-styles/
If this will not help, please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.
Thanks
1) Not seeing mixed content on Safari console (now trying Safari 16.1 which is also total shite).
2) Not using a child theme.
3) Not using any plugins.
4) Updated to 26.5.1.2 which didn't help.
Next?
Please, check if the same thing happens when you activate another theme like Twenty Twenty.
If with another it theme will work, please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.
Notice!
Please attach a link to this forum discussion.
If with another theme it will not work, it could mean that the problem lies somewhere in your WordPress, and you can try to reinstall it on your website.
Thanks
Look, I run a lot of WordPress sites and this is the ONLY one using your Theme. It is not the WordPress installation, it is YOUR THEME. Now you are just throwing stuff at the wall and making me waste my time. I will grant you access via the Contact page. YOU take a look and YOU sort out your mess.
I sent you the link to this thread and a request for a support email so that I can setup your user to access the site via Admin Dashboard. Respond to the muffingroup#contact and I can complete setting up your user.
I understand your frustration, but please calm down as I try to help you and indicate the root cause.
However, you did not attach your FTP.
Please, send it through the contact form. Also, remember to attach a link to this forum discussion.
Thanks
FTP details sent via MuffinGroup secure message
The FTP credentials you have sent, are not working.
Please, resend them (through the contact form), but ensure that they are correct.

Thanks
What I sent were SFTP credentials. If that is not what you need then I am not sure how or what to do. I am hosting at Dreamhost. I enabled SSH if that helps?
I don't know why you are having an issue. I can access the host with FileZilla using the Host, Username and Password I provided.
Ive sent the credentials again just in case there was a typo.
Ok, now it worked.
We located the root cause, and it is a PDF you are using on your home page in tabs.
We cloned this page and removed the PDF, and it is working correctly then.
Please check the following link:

Best regards
Ok, yes that works now. Thanks very much!
But how do I get that Resume up there? Was the issue that it was in a tab? Should I take it out of the tab and put it on a simple page connected to a menu item or something?
You should take the PDF outside the tabs.
The PDF viewer uses JS and tabs do not support this type of content.
Best regards
