can't login into wp

in Theme support

After buy the themes, installed themes and run the themes for a few days. Suddenly I couldn't log into wordpress.

I tried to increase the memory from cPanel but ti got the same result.

    Hi,

    The problem is with the latest WP version (6.1) and the older BeTheme version.

    To fix that, you have to get into the FTP, remove the old directory of BeTheme and upload the latest one from the ThemeForest. After that, you will get your wp-admin to work correctly.

    Please be sure that you upload the most current theme files.

    Hello Phil


    Did you mean to remove the old directory of BeThemes in the public_html/domainname.com/wp-content/themes such as the picture?

    Then upload the latest one from ThemeForest? Where I could get the latest version of that? To be honest this is my first time using BeThame and I totally confused because too many buttons.

    Did you mean to download the file from the download button such as in the picture above? At the very first time, I download the file from that and upload to my cPanel.
