Installation Stuck at database reset stage

Hi,

I purchased this Betheme today and the set up wizard is stuck at the database reset stage. I cannot select anything.

I cannot select “remove media from WP uploads”,

I cannot select ” I understand there is no undo”,

I cannot select “delete” and I cannot select “skip”.

I tried the process again and came out of the dashboard, logged out and tried again using Chrome browser but it did not work. I tried again using FireFox browser but it did not work.

Can you tell me what the issue is please?
