Hello, I did an update and suddenly there are no more site attributes on the pages - what's going on there?

Hi,

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot showing your issue.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Hello Phil,

I apologize, I was so nervous that I forgot hedschots etc.

I did an update and suddenly the site options weren't there anymore, then I uploaded a backup from yesterday and everything was there again.

But there was no header anymore, the background image doesn't seem to load and the site has no background color anymore. But everything is in the right place – I made screenshots. I already have a huge headache.

I am so grateful to you if you were here I would hug you.

the website is ok again
and the headache is gone.

I think that with the update is correct again.

There were 2 things going on at the same time.

I had actually just switched from http to https.

Hello Phil,

I do not understand the world anymore.

I've been working on my website until now and everything is working fine.

Then I saw that there was a new update
there and thought to myself – install it quickly and when I go back to the page I was just working on – the page builder is gone again.

The credentials you have sent are not working either.

Also, you did not send your FTP access.

Please, send a message with all information, and test if the credentials are working before sending.

Ok, I can see that there was .de missing in the username.

I have checked your website, and everything seems to work fine.

If you meant that BeBuilder Blocks were missing, we have added an option that is enabled by default to hide it.
