Update 12.4 to 26.6.2

We cannot make the changes requested by the customer on our site, the problems come from the version of the theme and the builder which are deprecated (currently at 12.4, the latest version is 26.6.2) when we save a page, it says that's good, except nothing is taken into account, can you see if it is possible to upgrade, we can send you a temporary administrator account if needed.

Thank you for your answer, the documentation was followed, but unfortunately the upgrade does not allow to keep our current site, the builder does not work, even with a manual reinstallation of the theme, can we have access to the intermediate versions of the theme to make the upgrade gradually or any help from you?

You were using the HTTPS connection but your wordpress settings were set to HTTP.
I changed it to HTTPS and builder started to work.
