Builder SEO duplicate my code

I have a question that has been bugging me for a while and I wonder if my sites are correctly seen by robots.
Let me explain, I am sometimes obliged, during the construction of my page, to create a duplicate section. One is visible in Desktop & tablet version and the other only mobile. This allows me to have fully personalized posters.
However when I apply the Builder SEO to transform the content of the builder into a readable format for the SEO, it therefore creates my section twice, without differentiating that one is only visible for the Desktop tablet and the other mobile .
How can I know this? Yoast, for example, tells me that I use several H1s with the same title. On Screaming Frog SEO also, during the analysis of the page, I am told that my titles are duplicated (H1, H2, H3 etc..).
So my question is, how does this affect SEO? are the robots able to understand that certain sections are only visible for the mobile?

Hi,
I do not handle SEO configuration, so I cannot tell you how it might affect it.
What you can do is find in the WP editor the content that is duplicated and manually remove it.
