Theme Update
Good evening,
I'm trying to update the theme on the site and it says "Update failed: The package could not be installed."
And exactly it tells me:
"Warning: unlink(/tmp/download-PPq7Uh.tmp): No such file or directory in /home/customer/www/copernicana.it/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php on line 334
Installing the latest version…
The theme update failed."
With other themes (like the default ones) it doesn't happen to me.
My actual version is 26.4.0.8.
Could you help me?

Hi,
The error message refers to WordPress files.
Please reinstall WP on your website, and check if the problem persists.
Thanks

Betheme is updated on your website now. Please, check that.
If this happens again, please, check if the license key is not used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.
If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard).
After that, get into the license manager once more. If the license key is still claimed - deregister it. If it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme -> Dashboard) and try to update your theme a couple of times (usually, it passes after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.
Thanks
