Menu item not working on mobile

The "Request an Event" menu item does not work on mobile. I have tried turning off all plugins, but the errors still remains. Please advise.

I searched the forums and found this https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/16195/2-of-the-menu-items-are-not-working-when-in-mobile-view but it offered no additional help.

    Hi,

    You have two sections with the same ID, and it is causing this issue. One is hidden on mobile, and one on desktop.

    You should rename the mobile one to, for example "ContactMobile", create a new menu with this ID, and set up this new menu in Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> Header.
