Preview doesnt match with page posted

Hi there this is my problem: as you can see from this screenshot missing an icon and a row at the bottom [Links visible only for registered users] if i click on Be Preview these missing sections are hidden but if i click on Preview these sections are showed [Links visible only for registered users]

I tried to disable some plugins but nothing changes. Could you please help me to solve?
