Hide related videos Youtube

Hi, I am trying to remove the suggested videos linked with mine, or those that appear at the end of my youtube videos on my website made with betheme. I try to disable with the command "embed: "?rel=0" and it doesn't work.
The embed extensions for youtube do not seem to work with the betheme theme.
Can you help me with this please?

Hi,
In the Video ID field, you put only ID without any parameters, so you should remove the text you highlighted.
You should put "rel=0" to the Parameters field, as you did, but remove the question mark, and it should work.
