The builder doesn't load anymore
Good evening,
It has been more than two weeks now that we have not been able to edit any page of the Wordpress site on which this theme is installed. By accessing from the back-end, we are able to view the webmaster functions but, by entering "Edit" (both traditional and Muffin Builder) the page begins an infinite loading, on which an error is then generated.
The error is located here: /var/www/vhosts/eliosdigitalprint.com/eliosonled.it/wp-content/plugins/becustom/becustom.php
We tried to update Wordpress, the theme and even all the plugins, but it didn't work.
In the auto-generated error message from Wordpress, it said to include these information:
Versione di WordPress 6.1.1
Tema attivo: Betheme Child (versione 2.0)
Plugin corrente: BeCustom (versione 1.0.5)
Versione PHP 7.4.33
How can we resolve it?
