Problems with photos after changing the domain

hello, after changing the web address, i can't add photos to the wordpress "media library". The website was made on a subdomain of the target domain on the same hosting account - no problems. After changing the address - domain, problems with photos.

I get an error: .... The server cannot process the image. This can happen if he is busy or does not have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading a smaller image may help. The suggested maximum size is 2560 pixels.

in the console I get:

State 403 Forbidden

HTTP/2 version

3 kB uploaded (2.67 kB in size)

Referrer policy strict-origin-when-cross-origin In the theme options, when adding a logotype, a page appears in the settings - All settings Warning: This page allows direct access to site settings. Something can go wrong here. Please be careful!

Thanks for any tips
