Side cart option - void cart problem

I have a problem with the Side cart option (under the section Shop - General).
When I enable it, often - not always, it doesn't work: as you can see in the image I uploaded, the popup comes out properly but the product is not showed at all. Then, if you close the side cart window and check the cart - clicking on the cart button - you can see the product, with description, images, partial amount of the product and total amount of the entire cart. It seems like it is a display problem (it happends mainly on mobile, but sometimes also with the desktop versione of the site): in fact, if I disable the option the cart works properly.
I have a Woocommerce Shop updated to the last version (7.4.0). Also the BeTheme versione is the last one (26.7.2.1).

Hello,
Please, turn off all of the plugins except basic WooCommerce, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

I tried but no improvements...some days the side cart works, others not.
I don't understand why.
Do you have any caching tools enabled on your server?
If yes, please disable it and see if it works correctly.
If you are unsure about it, please, contact your server administrator, and ask about it.
