Edits don't save - Update button locks up

I can not save any changes to content, the Green update button turns gray and the clock icon goes round as I recall and then the page is locked up - I have to select the Wordpress icon on the bottom left to leave the page.

I suspect it is related to the errors in this screenshot which are shown at the top of the page.

I have disabled the Child Theme to no avail (and that created other problems) so I had to re-enable it.

The site has just recovered from a virus infection, so cleaning the site MAY have disturbed something.
