#Header_creative #Top_bar .menu .menu-item span{ padding: 10% 0!important; }Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

I deleted all plugins except Betheme and deleted the chase. Funkioniert unfortunately immnoch I can not load headers above only on the page. Mobile unfortunately also still does not work
