Unable to assign custom header to category pages

I am able to create and assign a header statically to pages by assigning the header in the page. I am also able to assign the header to posts in the display conditions. I am NOT able to assign them to either the wordpress category pages not the woocommerce product category pages.

    Do you mean post categories? Regular pages in basic WordPress do not have the option to assign them to categories.

    Then lets try... What is the proper way of assigning a header, built with your template manager, to a category archive? This is a woocommerce category and the template is assigned to Archive:Shop:All. It displays on the products pages and not he product category pages.

    Your settings seem fine, but we need to find the root cause of why it is incorrect.

    I was able to reproduce it in my environment, and I will let you know when we find a possible reason.
