1) FIlters can be activated in Betheme -> Theme options -> Shop -> Product list.
2) You need to edit the product list template. Please see the following video tutorial:

1) By "Product Catalog," you literally meant the text?
If yes, it is a part of the subheader and takes this text from the page title, and you can modify it by changing the shop page title.

no widgets work, no theme option works, and you didn't listen to what I said or see the dashboard I send

In the template set, I changed the sidebar to Default so that it will take widgets from the correct place.
If you want to open it with a button, change the layout to off-canvas.
Also, I had to turn off the classic widgets plugin because old WooCommerce widgets had some problems displaying, and I placed new ones there.
