Please see attached screen recording.

Also, why is the BeBuilder Template among others not in the templates menu?

Please advise.

  • Hey,

Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

    Notice!

Please attach a link to this forum discussion.

Sending incorrect or incomplete data will result in a longer response time.

Therefore, please ensure that the data you are sending is complete and correct.

    Thanks

  • Sorry, but you did not attach FTP access or a link to your website.

Please send another message with complete data. Remember to attach a link to this forum discussion.

    Thanks

  • It is related to BeCustom plugin.

Without it, this button works correctly.

We need to look closer at this.

As soon I will know anything new, I will let you know.

    Best regards

  • Can I recover the front page work that was erased?

  • Sorry, but I do not know what you are referring to.

Can you explain that greater, please?

    Thanks

  • The home page was completely erased when publishing an edit. That is the core of the problem and I lost days of work I want to restore. I want to be able to recover that work.

Please advise. I can't do anything on the site and it isn't functioning properly in any way.

    I need a way forward.

  • We have corrected the problem with incorrect redirection to Posts and restored the layout on your home page.

    Please check it out.

    Best regards

  • ok will do.

What about the erasing of content on publishing a page?

  • Thank you for restoring the home page content.

    I just tested it.

If I edit the homepage and select the std WP 'edit' button, it redirects to the Posts page. If I select the BeBuilder directly it works as expected.

    I just edited https://nexusinnovators.com/innovators/

I updated the link reference inside the buttons and the content disappeared except for the center image. Can you please explain what is going on here and how to stop this from permeating? I am losing time and of course money.

    Thank you.

  • My apologies. Can you tell me what link and what actions you performed when it happened?

    Thanks

  • It is the same actions:

Open Page 'INNOVATORS' Select 'Be BUILDER edit Make edits (text, links, or other)

    Click Update / Publish

CAN YOU PLEASE RESOLVE THIS .. ANOTHER WEEK IS LAPSING AND I AM LOSING CONFIDENCE IN YOUR TOOLS AND THEMES.

  • I have made some edits to this page, but I could not replicate this issue.

Can you tell me the browser and OS you are using, please?

    Thanks

  • edited May 2023

Chrome Version 112.0.5615.137 (Official Build) (arm64)

    Mac iOS Ventura 13.3.1 (a) (22E772610a)

  • I do not have access to a device with Ventura 13.3.1, but I tested it on Ventura 13.2 with Chrome, and on Windows with Firefox and Chrome, and the content and edits on this page saved correctly.

Please try to edit this page in incognito mode and see if the page will be erased. Maybe some browser extensions interfere with the builder, causing this issue.

If you performed any additional steps while editing, please let me know because it is crucial to locate the culprit.

    Best regards

  • OK .. but what recourse is there if these pages are erased and the history isn't stored.. running a site /db backup every 5 mins isn't reasonable.

  • The history of pages in BeBuilder is stored and works properly, and that is how you can restore your content.

    See the following video tutorial:

    https://support.muffingroup.com/video-tutorials/how-to-manage-revisions-in-muffin-live-builder/

That is how I restored data on your home page.

    Best regards

  • THanks ...

Now an oddy on the home page:

I wanted to replace the graphic from an Infinity sign with an X. (See attached)

The infinity sign persists on the page yet the Content field in the Text view mode has not apparent code reference.

Please advise. I want to know why the first infinity graphic element remains.

  • The infinity graphic is placed as a Column Text element, background.

You can replace/remove it in the Advanced settings of this element.

    Best regards

  • Got it and thank you!
