Hi,


Pretty much straight away after agreeing to pick the 1 licence option, I changed my mind with regards to website domain name, so I changed it and transferred it over to the wordpress site that I was using for the BeTheme Template.


My only issue is, the folders then got all messed up so Images were missing, history restoration wasn't working and was going really slow.


I then thought, well... it's a new site I don't mind starting fresh, Let's refresh and delete all content via the theme options...


That didn't work either, the folders were so corrupted at this point, it wasn't even deleting everything and still had the same problem + more.


I want to know what I can do now, along with IONOS having global outages at the moment, if i decided to start fresh with a new host, can I simply transfer my licence to the domain under a new host, even if it was different from the original domain I paid for as the licence? As i'd like to be clear I WILL NOT be using the domain I originally signed up with, that was just a trial domain. I very much want to use my licence for my now confirmed domain.
