Deregister
I have an older version of the plugin that was installed by a former host site. I have moved my site over and discovered I am 6 versions behind the current release. I purchased a new license and cannot install it because I cannot deregister the previous version. The deregistration does not complete (with admin rights permissions). Any guidance would be appreciated.

You should be able to deregister the previous license key through Betheme -> Dashboard.

No, it will not impact the site. You will only not have access to theme options and to bundled plugin installation until you register your license key again.
