betheme / update failed the package could not be installed / wrong licence domain
Hello dear muffingroup team!
We use your theme and are satisfied with it. Unfortunately, the last update cannot be installed, we receive the following message: "update failed the package could not be installed". All technical requirements are met and "registered" is also displayed in the WordPress backend. But when I follow your troubleshooting and test the licence, I get a completely wrong domain displayed. Your test tells me that the domain is www.ehermel.com, but the theme is registered to formteilbau-schmitt.de. Something is going wrong here and we hope you can help us!

If you are having issues with deregistering your license key, want to manage your license key, or most importantly, you want to deregister a website that has been removed without deregistering it first, head to this topic: https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest.
There you will find instructions and a link to our license tool.
When you deregister your license from the incorrect domain and reregister it on the right one, you will be able to update betheme without any problems.

I know that and I have done that. But the url shown there (www.ehermel.com) I do not know and have not worked on it. That's the problem.
Maybe you shared your license key somewhere or with someone by accident.
