I don't have access to themeoptions, i only have access to prebuilt websites and the builder
hello i have just purchased two betheme licenses because i use often use it... this time i used it on a local website to develop it and than migrate it to another on line website but surprisingly i saw that i don't have acces to theme options where ever i click it does not want to show anything.
what should i do
Note that my wordpress is on wp local (the green one)

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, theme package might be incomplete. Please download the newest version of Betheme from ThemeForest, install it, and recheck that.

I did everything you told i even deregistred my betheme and created another local wordpress site i did not install ay other plugin i went straight to betheme and my theme options are still not showing up just a (#) in the link
is it just a non compatibility of betheme with local wp or it's a known bug ?
I have just made it on line and it works so i conclude that betheme is not working in local
If your installation is on localhost, my help is limited.
I can only suggest trying another method of installing WP locally with XAMPP and checking if the problem appears there too. If you have a possibility, you can also try to put it temporarily online and recheck that there.

I did not notice your last two messages. Good to see that it works appropriately online. There might be some incompatibility with this local WP program
