#Top_bar Not Always Scrolling To Correct Position When Header Is Sticky

We're using a sticky header and the #Top_bar DIV displays at top: 61px on page load. But when you scroll down the page and then back up to the top, it doesn't always reset back to 61px. Sometimes, it stays at the sticky setting of 0px. Which is causing overlapping issues. Could you take a look at this? Thank you for your help.

Hi,

Please put the following CSS code in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.

#Top_bar:not(.is-sticky){
   top: 61px!important;
}

After that, check if the problem persists.
