Thank you. But I liked the split menu | semi transparent menu layout because I like how it being on top of my slider. Is there any other way I could add the menus (cart, search, account) at the right side area? What I like in split menu is the menu layout but I am not sure if it is posible to make the slider behind the menus and make the background of the menu a bit transparent like the example image I sent

Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Header & Subheader -> Header, and set up the Shop split option.
Moreover, in Theme options -> Search and Theme options -> Shop -> General, ensure that you have these icons enabled.

It is not a plugin but a part of Betheme.

I tried using header builder but there is no option for me to add the cart and user as part of the menu.
