After the latest BeTheme update, my site is no longer showing as responsive on mobile phones, even though I have the repsonsive selction enabled in Theme Options. Please advise
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Your Google Tag Manager code caused this problem. I assume that you copied it from some document that changed characters to emojis.
When I changed it to "-->" as it should be, it started to work properly. Both codes form Google Analytics, and Google Remarketing Tag had the same problem.
Moreover, in your Action Bar, you had an unclosed <strong> tag (I corrected it as well).
Please check your website responsiveness now.
