How to set size for hoverbox?

I'm trying to use the hoverbox elements, but can't figure out how to set the size. Ideally, I'd like the image to be about 100x100px, but the element wants to fill up whatever column it's in. Suggestions?

    Sorry but what size you mean exactly? We do not understand what you ask for because all you need to do is upload image for the item and that's it.

    Right. Uploading the images into the hover box is easy. But I'd like to set the hover box to a specific size. For example, a 100x100 image next to, or above, a headline. For a single image, I have options like small, large, full, or 100x300. Is there a similar way to dictate the the size of the hover Box? I've tried both the muffin and VC elements, as well as the shortcode.
