Aside from turning the plugins off. Is this section baked into the blog files in the theme itself? Where is this generated from? I don't even see elements in the BeThemeBuilder to build those cards.
Your own documentation says to leave the blog page untouched. There needs to be or should be options to change the layout at the least. I would like to include a sidebar for example.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

The blog page is populated automatically with posts, and the layout can be determined in Betheme -> Theme options -> Blog & Portfolio -> Blog.
The sidebar can be set up as for any other page.
