After the last 2 updates my site has broken in multiple areas

in General info & installation

Prior to 2 updates ago, my site was working perfectly.


Now all of a sudden My Admin bar wont display on my front end. I have checked all options to display it. User settings. Theme Settings. Searched this forum for answers to not find any.


I also have a problem where my Icons are not showing anymore either on our support page.
