Yes, guys can you please help me.

I've been trying for days now, I want to change the color of the line effect under the sticky menu.
I mean the one below the menu not below the link itself.

there is a black line under the sticky menu when you hover a link, I want to change that color to the theme.

Also how do I apply/smooth smooth scrolling? clicking a content link and then it goes to that part of the page. thanks again.

Sorry but we are still not sure. Do you mean background color of sticky menu (section where logo and menu items are)?

When you scroll down the sticky menu appears right?

and it has a dark background, yes?

if you scroll down you would see "Initiate Interest" as step 1, so what is I make that a link, and after clicking that link it bring me down to the bottom section of the page to a subscription section.

basically if you mouse over the menu link, the link would turn orange from white, right? when you look below there is the black line, I want to change that color.

The only line we see under the menu item, is border for active menu item. If this is the line you mean, then you can change this color with below css:

#Top_bar.is-sticky .menu > li.current-menu-item > a::after { background: #FFF !important; }
