is it possible to make signup newsletter pop-up window which activates automaticlly after certain period (i.e. 10 sec)?

Ok. So to make this button the same color as the rest of buttons, please use below css:

a.popup-link.button {
    background: #497dbb !important
    color: #FFF !important;
}

one more thing: can it be done with icon like others?

No, it is not possible to make this button with icon the same way as other buttons. You can use html code for icon next to title but it won't look the same.
