the categories are not filtered according to the templates

Hi!, the categories are not filtered according to the templates, I have tried to exclude the rest of the categories but it keeps showing me all the categories as I have designed the "subcategories" templates, could you please review? the credentials are the same as always, thanks!

This happens in "alimentos y bebidas". I have a template created for that page, and for all the other categories, as you can see in "Templates" & this photo:

Having this problem and trying to exclude the categories, I have realized that it would be easier for the selection to be a multi-select (in case you want to evaluate it for the future).
