Menu not showing up unless logged in as admin
Hello,
I'm not seeing the menu unless we are logged in on the site as admin.

Is this a setting that has been not somewhere never seen that happen before, we haven't added in any plugins recently either.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

Ok, I have turned off all plugins and cleared the cache its still happening. I am currently using the parent them.
Are you sure that you disabled all plugins?
I can see that there is a class that does not come from our theme and causes this issue.
If you are sure, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

It looks like your server causes it and adds this class.
I have added custom CSS code to your website to overcome this, but you should contact the hosting provider and ask to disable the feature which adds it.
