Adding MP4 videos load with audio VOL set to zero

Any mp4 videos loaded seem to get added with no audio level - you must turn it up on the player skin every time for each video.
is there a parameter that needs to be set for audio vol?

not for background. when adding ITEM - VIDEO to home page or to embed in a new page.
mp4 video always autoplays and MUTED. You have to unmute on the player skin after the page/video loads every time.

At this moment we do not have these options for the mp4 video items (it's possible for youtube and vimeo) but we'll consider them while future updates.
