License is not working
Hello Betheme,
We wanted to test out a new demo but our license suddenly is not working anymore.
When I bought the theme, my username was Turkdale and we changed a while ago but ofcourse when I use the license manager, I fill in the old username as I used that username when I bought the theme.

Can you explain in more detail what you mean that it does not work?
You cannot register it?
Is there any error message? If yes, please attach a screenshot showing it.

The license manager tool from your screenshot is for deregistering already registered license keys and for checking where you have them assigned, not for registration.
You can only register the license key through Betheme -> Dashboard on your domain.

I understand but I can't use my license anymore. I still don't know what happened.
It have been a month and I am still waiting for any kind of support.
How can I contact anyone that can help me with my issue.
You did not answer my last message, so I thought that you handled it, and to previous messages, I replied within 24h or less.
Please send us your license key WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form, which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.
