Gallery Images on Single Product Page Disappears

Hi,

I have just started to add products to the site which is going well. However, when adding an additional gallery image, both the product image and the gallery image disappear when you hover over it on the SINGLE PRODUCT PAGE (it only happens on the Single Product Page and only if an extra gallery image is added). Why is this happening?

I have scaled down the product images from 1080px X 1300px to the smaller size 490px X 590px.

Could this be the reason?
