Theme License Issue - Just Discovered.

Hope you're well.
My name is Curtis I am the owner of CompetitionGo.co.uk website.
I have been looking over my website and noticed there is a lot of EXPIRED (see attached for just a few)
I thought this was very strange so went to try see if I could update the theme to try fix this but couldn't find it anywhere.
After searching I have came up to the conclusion that when I paid for a web designing team on Freelancer.co.uk they must of used a dodgy BeTheme or something I literally have no idea, but I am very angry and of course want my website to be 100% legit and up to scratch.
I have a BeTheme license that I want to install and then update the site but I can't seem to find where to enter it they must of removed it somehow, is there anyway you guys could login and try fix the theme for me, honestly I don't mind paying you guys to do this as it''s not your fault that it's like this.
I just need to update these files as I think they are causing the website to go slow and have issues, either way I want BeTheme running properly and was also going to ask if you could try help us speed up the site a little as it seems to put a lot of stress on our server even though its 8core / 16gb.
Really look forward to hearing back from you and hoping we can get this resolved ASAP.

Firstly I suggest creating a backup of your website with the Duplicator plugin, so if anything breaks while updating and registering process, you will be able to easily get back to a working website or put it on a localhost to copy the design to live website.
When you create a backup, download a fresh copy of the Betheme package from ThemeForest, upload it to your website (replace the previous package), and check the templates then. With fresh package you will be also able to register your license key through Betheme -> Dashboard. See our documentation about theme download, installation, and registration:

Honestly I would rather just pay you guys an hourly rate or whatever it is to do this for me as I do NOT trust myself and I want it all done properly, is this something you could help me with?
