Hi, im having problems with top page animation

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a technical issue I've encountered while using your BE theme for my website. It appears that the top background animation is not displaying properly.
Upon checking the website, I noticed that the animation that typically appears at the top is missing. I have tried accessing the website from different browsers and devices, but the issue persists consistently.
Despite these efforts, the issue remains unresolved. As this problem is impacting my ability to efficiently use your theme.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving or helping me for this matter as soon as possible.

Hi,
It seems to be a caching problem. When I refreshed your website normally, the animation played only the first time I entered, but when I refreshed a cache, it played every time.
