.mfn-related .title a{ width: 250px!important; white-space: nowrap!important; overflow: hidden!important; text-overflow: ellipsis!important; display: block; }Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS. Font size can be adjusted in this element options.
