  Hi,

  all you have to do is decrease Height for header in Theme Options -> Header & Subheader -> Header section.

  Hi, Please check the Header instead of the Subheader tab, and there will be an option to set the Height

  must be another problem, I have the height set to "0" in the option/header & subheader and then the button header.

  You can change it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Responsive -> Header.

  The logo is now a good size on the iPhone, but the menu should be on the right.

  Maybe you could take a look at the BeThemes options. I have already sent you access to my website.

  The icon position is always on the left when you have the Sticky menu button option enabled.
