Theme Options not working
When I am in dashboard: Betheme -> Betheme Options, nothing shows. I tried clicking every sub-menu: Global, Header & Subheader, Menu & Action Bar ...etc; Nothing happens.
Also trying to switch from light mode to dark mode, doesn't work.
My theme is up-to-date. Not sure what the problem is.

please disable all 3rd party plugins and check. If this won't help, please check System Status if all your limits are fine.

I disabled all my plugins. It still doesn't work.
I opened my System Status. Apparently my PHP Max Input Vars is 4000 and is required to be 5000. Could this be the issue? And if yes, what am I supposed to do to increase this value?
Moreover I see there is a problem with my Home URL & Site URL. It says it is not a secure connection.
My website is hosted offline, on a local host. Not sure if this has any implications with this issue.

The value is below the limit but still quite high and shouldn't have an impact. Please try opening Theme Options from the BeBuilder level and save them again.
In this case, it would be best if you could place a copy of your site on the server using the Duplicator plugin, so we can investigate the problem more thoroughly.
