Sticky Header Menu and Action Bar issues.

As you see the action bar is on top of the header, when you scroll down, the sticky header comes on, if you scroll back up all appear normally.

On the website I am building: http://cloowu.com/ottostadtmotorwerks/ if I let the whole page load up I get the same behavior as the template site.

But I have an issue if I start scrolling down before the website fully loads and then come back up, the header will overlap the action bar.

I have a few custom CSS lines but even if I remove all of it, I get the same issue.

Any idea where I should look at?

Hello,

Try the following CSS code:

#Top_bar:not(.is-sticky){
 top: 60px!important;
}

Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.
