Site looks messed up , responsive not working?

Hello,

I've been encountering some issues with my website, https://www.fastup.no/ny-hjemmeside-til-din-bedrift/, where its appearance varies significantly depending on the browser and whether it's being viewed on a mobile device or tablet.

When viewed on a PC, the website displays as intended. However on mobile and tabs, when I use Internet Explorer or Chrome, it appears quite differently, the site's layout is chaotic when accessed via a tablet.

This situation seems to indicate that I need to create a custom design for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, this approach doesn't seem efficient. Are you able to see what I am doing wrong?
