I am using a web application "breezechms.com" for managing Events. They provide an embed code. Please check the
attached screenshot
To embed a form I used column text
Instead of the Column Text element, use Plain text/HTML.
If errors continue to show, you must contact "breezechms.com" support as we do not provide help with custom scripts.
