Is there a way to make a sub-header sticky, rather than only viewable onHover?

Thanks for following up! I actually got it to work a little better now - I think the issue was I had 1 or 2 items on a dropdown and the submenu was so small it was hard to navigate but now I have filled the menu so it's a little more user friendly.
