Header Builder not working

No matter what I try I cannot get the header builder to work or for that matter create any templates.

I am running the latest versions of WP & Betheme & have disabled plug ins but to no avail.

All I am trying to achieve is to get a text box/welcome message (containing the text - Welcome to Business Integrated Governance, using the H1 tag etc) alongside the logo in the header of https://big-cic.org.uk/

I am happy with everything else about the header

This is now becom every frustrating & the simpler the solution the better

can you explain, what exactly is not working? There is no message you said want to have in header and just wondering what exactly doesn't work as you didn't provided any further details.

Hi there

The header builder wont work, it loads but nothing saves; maybe I am missing something but I have tried everything to get it to save my choices...

If you look at https://big-cic.org.uk/ you will see there is a big blank space next to the logo at the top of the page, I want to put a welcome message in that sapce, but cannot figure out how, especially as Header Builder wont work for me.

Hi there

Yes I watched the video.

Problem number 1 - The header builder does not offer me the option to set the number of wraps when it loads

Problem number 2 - The header template that I try to build WILL NOT save.

Problem number 3 - Even if I try to assign a prebuilt header to a template it will not save

I am now extremely frustrated as all I wnat to do is add a text box to my header to hold a welcome message

This seriously should not be this hard with or without your tools

By the way I use Betheme on 3 web sites I manage and have always found it really easy to use to achieve what I & my clients want.

Just this once it is not playing nice...

1) Can you explain greater what you mean by "number of wraps when it loads". I do not understand what you mean by that.

4) Standard header styles from the theme option do not have an option to customize it in such a way. You can only add Action Bar above the header through Betheme -> Theme options -> Menu & Action Bar -> Action Bar.

I have messaged you via DM link above

By the 3 wraps I mean the 3 columns shown in the video, where they are described as wraps. I do not get this option. From the video I think if I got this I would be able to fix my issue.

1) The Header Builder does not load because of one of your plugins. After I disabled all plugins except the ones we support, it loaded. To see which plugin causes incompatibility, you should disable them one by one.

2) Moreover, your server does not meet theme requirements:

You should contact your hosting provider to correct that.

3) Wraps can be added when you click on the button to add a wrap:

All sorted now - looks like it was Jetpack Protect that was causing the issue, now deleted & all working tickety-boo
