  You can find it in the templates tab.

  Sorry but the version I have got is not supporting header builder I guess. Can you please help me with it.

  Please ensure that you do not have Templates disabled in Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Advanced.

  

  Also, ensure that you have the newest version of Betheme installed.
