Sticky Wrap Not Working

I have five websites where the "sticky wrap" option doesn't work, even after changing the CSS overflow-x in the Child Theme and on a newly installed website without plugins. Please help.

To what did you change the overflow-x in the child theme?
Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost), then our help will be limited. You will have to contact us when the page is online. Also, please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us with the link.

The CSS Code is not in the Child Theme in the latest versions. So I didn't have to change it on this website. https://mahandasafaris.signols.com/12-day-uganda-primates-wildlife-safari/
