  • Hello Phil,

FTP informations sent, i would like to add that the issue started when i imported products to the website. there wasn't an issue before but right after the successful import. no product template works anymore

  • From where did you import these products?

It seems that they were built with Elementor and some extensions or PRO versions of Elementor, having unexpected content breaking our template.

With Elementor disabled product template opens correctly.

  • I imported them after i exported them from a website using the Unero Theme and wpbakery.

all that matters are pictures, variations, prices and descriptions. i didn't import anything else really i am not sure what might've caused that problem.

what does that mean i should do, is there a way to fix it without having to delete all products and adding them again one by one ?

    Best regards

  • Try to remove all the content from products (from the description tab), and check if it works correctly then.

    Best regards
