I followed the video to get a pdf opening when clicking a button by using the lightbox attribute. Is there a way to make the window bigger when it opens?

Try the following CSS code:
.mfp-iframe-holder .mfp-content{ max-width: 1400px!important; }Put it in Betheme -> Theme options -> Custom CSS & JS -> CSS.

How is the time determined for the revisions? The time states 12/23/2023 from 2:35am to 3:15 am but it is 12/22/2023 10:33pm right now. A few minutes ago it had the correct date but the time was in 24 hour time which I wanted to see if could be changed to 12 hour time but now the time isn't right at all.

Until now, it was set to UTC+0, but in the upcoming update, it will be changed to what you have set in the WP settings.
